How do I buy a plan?
Inside the app. Install ServerEngine, open the License tab, pick a plan, and it opens a checkout built for that machine. The subscription binds to the computer you bought it from, so there is no licence key to paste. Finish paying and the licence activates on its own; the email you use at checkout is what claims it.
Can I try it before buying?
Yes. A 7-day trial of S.E.N.T.R.I, started from the License tab inside the app. The free Starter tier was retired on 19 August 2026, so a trial is how you try the paid features now. Every paid plan also carries a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Which plan do I need?
S.E.N.T.R.I is the AI agent on its own, with planning, skills, approvals and voice, working on the machine it runs on. Commander is that agent across your whole fleet: it adds AI Guardrails (Scopes) so it can reach the hosts you approve, and brings the Remote Manager, Admin Console, Credentials Store and the REST API with it. Enterprise adds the Script Editor, runbooks, activity logs, signed execution and audit logging for regulated environments.
How does S.E.N.T.R.I connect to an AI model?
Bring your own key: connect your OpenRouter API key (BYOK) and pick any model, use your Claude subscription through the Claude Code integration, or run fully local with Ollama at no extra cost.
Does the agent need my approval for everything?
That's your call. You choose which skills require approval before they run, and the agent only reaches the hosts inside the scopes you define. Interactive sessions ask you in the chat; scheduled prompts run unattended within those same scopes, with a full history of every action either way.
Do I need to install anything on my servers?
No agents to deploy. ServerEngine connects over WinRM with SSL/TLS or SSH with key authentication, using the credentials from your encrypted local store.
Is my data sent anywhere?
Everything stays local on your machine, and there are no internet requirements. The only things we track are feature usage and license information; see the privacy policy.
Can I cancel or switch plans later?
Yes, from the same License tab: it opens your subscription page, where you can switch plan (billing is prorated), change the card, read invoices, or cancel. Every paid plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, so nothing is locked in.
